Connecting Veterans to Careers and Resources
Home Base Iowa was created on a simple premise: As the Military downsizes, why not welcome veterans back to our state by offering incentives that can ease the financial, and sometimes mental burden that comes with transitioning to civilian life.
The cities of Boone and Ogden, along with Boone County Veterans Affairs have established these incentives to attract veterans to bring their wealth of experience and training to Boone County to fill critical jobs.
